Colloid solutions are said to be heterogenous while they show properties of homogenous because
1) Colloid solution can easily scatter a beam of light which homogenous mixture does not show
2)Colloid solutions are small to be individually seen by naked eyes but the particles can be seen by a microscope. But it is not easy to see homogenous mixture particles from microscope
So colloid solution is a heterogenous mixture.
