Private companies, contractors, business persons, in order to make higher profits, resort to unfair practices such as paying workers low wages, employing children for work, ignoring the conditions of work, damage to environment etc.
They do not pay heed to government laws as they consider their profits rather than people
Government has to control the activities of private companies strictly by making, enforcing, and upholding laws so as to prevent unfair practices and ensure social justice.
To stop violation of these laws, government has to make appropriate laws and has to enforce the same as laws that are weak and poorly enforced can cause serious harm both to people and also to society.
they are able to violate environmental laws as they have more money and corrupt the officers who are against it.They do not care about nature and they need only money...money and money
Hope that helped you.
