Cooking Utensil mostly made of copper and aluminium because of the following reason :
1. Aluminum, copper and many more metal are good conductor of heat which allow the metals to be used as utensils.
2. Secondly, some the metals like aluminum are cheap and durable.
3. Utensils of different shapes can be obtained easily due to their property of deformation without losing toughness.
4. They are also good conductor of heat.

Copper and aluminium when exposed to air forms an oxide layer over it. Being a reactive metal , this oxide layer prevents it from further reaction. Aluminium is said to be anodised . Anodising means that a thick layer of oxide is formed on Al to prevent it from further. So thes metals are used for making utensils
