Answer: As a consumer I think defective or sub-standard goods are available in the market because of too much of expectations by the consumer for little money.
Consumers must try to oppose to products that they find not worth to the money they pay. They should not be silent when they are cheated, they should be bold enough to open up their minds and get what they need. Consumer silence has lead to all these sub-standard goods in the market. Government should assist and take serious action against all the complaints that are posted by the consumers.
Rules should be put on to check the product for the proper aspects before advertisements are put on in the media.
