The defective or substandard goods available in the market because of the faulty market policies in India. Moreover Customers are highly attracted towards the cheap and discounted products which in result are the imitated products are made up of low and cheap quality.

The consumers are not much aware about the originality of products nor they are aware about there rights when they was cheated by purchasing the defective products.

In the present scenario, Government is trying to create awareness among the consumers by setting up the consumer forum where customers can raise their concerns if they are cheated by the fake and low quality products.
