why are development goal is different from different people ? give reason to support your answer.

Ideas of development are largely determined by the peculiar circumstances of individuals. People aspire for development that would lead to more secure and comfortable life for them irrespective of how other is affected by thdifferent peoples have different goals and different aspirations on life.. for example a boy belonging to a rich family may have targeted for future studies in abroad while development for his sister would may be getting equal rights as her brother. sometimes it may also lead to cotroversy among the members as her brother may not like giving his sister equal oppurtunities that he had got.e progress.
