Why are doctors more beneficial than farmers

1 : A doctor if can't save the patient, would straightaway say the same but the Farmer doesn't mention that his yield isn't good.

The farmers use pesticides instead of natural Manure as to get good yield. They aren't caring about the quality much. And if we see doctors, They are also doing works for self rather than for society .
A person can be a great doctor or farmer only if he wants to serve the nation . People who are self centered will have flaws . Yet their essence is great.Basically ,We can't say that Doctors are better than farmers. Both of them, if they do good deeds are highly important.
The Social status of farmer is low. But still they should look to make justice to the profession.
