Why are educated unemployed a peculiar problem in India? Explain

It is a peculiar problem it is because being eduducated the people's can not find Jobs ...actually this educated unemployment is seen mostly in urban areas ..one another factor is that the population of India is increasing at high rate but the jobs are not provided much...but government had started many policies to stop all that ......
