Health is important to form a human capital cz it helps him to realise his potential and the ability to fight illness. A healthy person becomes an asset for an organisation.
Education is also important to form a human capital cz it opens new horizon for people, provides new aspiration and develops values of life.It also contributes towards the growth of society and enhances the efficiency of human and makes a human an asset for an organisation rather than a liability .

Education is the most important component of human resources development.In view of its contribution towards the growth of society,government expenditure on education as 9% of GDP rose from 0.64%in 1951-1952 to 3.98% in 2002-2003. How ever our national goal is 6%of GDP
HEALTH:
Health os another very importanat component of the human resource devolepment.Efficiency of workers largely depends on their health.there has been considerable improvemets in country's health standard.for instance the life expectancy at the time of birth in India rose from 37.2 years in 1951 to 63.9 years in 2001. Similarly infant mortiality rat has come down from 147 to 70 during the same time.
