Hey buddy..

Health is important to form a human capital cz it helps him to realise his potential and the ability to fight illness. A healthy person becomes an asset for an organisation.

Education is also important to form a human capital cz it opens new horizon for people, provides new aspiration and develops values of life.It also contributes towards the growth of society and enhances the efficiency of human and makes a human an asset for an organisation rather than a liability .
