The word entrepreneur originates from the French word entrepreneur. Which means to undertake.in the business context .it means to start a business.in dictionaries word entrepreneur means as who organized manage ,assume ,business and tastes risk.  

Entrepreneur: An entrepreneur is a person responsible for setting up a business or an enterprise. He has the

initiative, skill for innovation and who looks for high achievements. He is a catalytic agent of

change and works for the good of people. He puts up new green field projects that create

wealth, opens up many employment opportunities and leads to growth of other sectors

Enterprises: Although enterprises are as different and unique as the entrepreneurs who create them, most of

them appear to work through a process. The diagram given below describes the process

through which most of them create their enterprise

Entrepreneurs and enterprise are considered skin and body because as the body cannot function without the skin, similarly the enterprise cannot function without the entrepreneur. The skin gives body a shape..and so does the entrepreneur for enterprise..gives it shape and protects it..just like skin.
