okay so i will answer about what i know
so there are many farmers who not really indulged in modern farming and they depend on rain for their crop
farming is the only source for them to earn
to satisfy their hunger and to run their family
so when rain is unstable like for climatic change the crops dry,get destroyed
for this the farmers seem helpless and they commit suicide!!
