Farm Labourers like Dale and Ramkali are poor because they don't have much bigger land for farming activities and they don't have much money to buy seeds from the markets. They can't keep any farm labourers of their fields because they have to give money to them also. They are working on other's field where they are getting daily salary which is very less to fulfil their requirements.
