Why are flowers generally so colourful and fragrant if flowers are not so colourful and sweet smelling will fruit formation be seen in these plants

Flowers are colourful and fragrant to attract the insects and bees for pollination.
yes ,fruit formation will occur if it is a bisexual flower and male gamete fallen on stigma.
