Forests around the cities and metropolitans are the ideal place for establishing industrial plants of iron and steel manufacturing, because;

1)Forests are the best resources provider for the industrial usage.

2) Forests partially absorb the pollution generated from the industrial plants.

3) Building industrial plants in the cities is very problematic due to pollution maintenance and pollution laws.But in the forest areas the pollution laws are almost non-applicable.
