The fundamental rights to constitutional remedies is considered as the soul of the Indian constitution

Explanation:

  • Our Constitution's authors have attempted to illustrate with their best attempts the basic privileges and restrictions of the use of those privileges. He discriminated between Indians & non-citizens because of its separate rights, the words "citizens" and "people."
  • Our Constitution has a very impressive list of human rights. But only write down a list of rights is not necessary. They should be used and protected against any violation of these rights. They should be used.
  • The right to constitutional remedies is the way to do this. Dr. Ambedkar saw "the right to judicial redress" as "heart and soul of the Constitution," for it gives people the right to have any basic rights returned to the Supreme Court / High Court in the event of an infringement.
  • The high courts and the Supreme Court then issue directions and send the government directives on law enforcement.
  • As a Member of the Assembly, I desired to amend articles on voting rights where voting must become obligatory and those who do not vote penalised accordingly, in addition to allowing them the ability to vote out any prejudice.
