Melanin is the pigment with which our hair, skin and eyes colored. A high amount of melanin causes us to have darkened skin and hair, whereas its scarcity causes them to lighten(like golden hairs). tht's why some people have golden hairs

Hairs can be naturally golden because of genes of their generation and either in now a days hairs are just for show off as everyone colour it by their choice or as they like.
