Answer: Haloalkanes are more reactive towards nucleophilic substitution reactions than haloarenes because Haloarenes are resonance stabilized i.e they are more stable than haloalkanes. Thus, It require high temperature and pressure for the nucleophillic substitution in halo arenes as compared to haloalkanes.
Alternative Reason- Haloalkanes are sp2 hybradised and haloarenes are sp3 hybradised.
