High level languages do not require us to fully comprehend the code in a way for the computer to understand. It could be compiled or interpreted very fashionably. They are also understood by us, so it is totally beneficial. Coming to usage, as they do not require binary digits and other complicated equations, high-level languages are easy to use as they do not have entirely complicated syntax and require less input than binary. So, high level languages rule out low-level languages pretty easily.
