Question:

Why are human beings considered the most important resource for development?

Answer:

Human beings are considered as the most important resource for development, because they are only responsible for the progress of a country. ... The machines work fast and efficiently, but these machines are operated by humans. Thus, a human with intelligence is the ultimate resource who can make developments.

Because Humans (read: Employees) are responsible for the progress of the organization. Direct and Indirectly.

A machine can handle the production process but how to handle and repair the machine is known by human.

Marketing can be done online through various digital and technological mediums but the idea of online marketing came from the brains of human. The idea of creating such online platform came from human.

When employees of the organization are having grievances then they will go to a human (HR) and not a machine.

All the strategic decisions in the organization at top level are taken by human. How well those decisions will pay off depends on intellectual level of human taking those decisions.

Human resources are underestimated since decades because they are less costly as compared to materialistic resources. A german machine will cost you in crores but operator of that machine will draw salary of 3 to 4 lacks INR annually.

Human resources are considered as most important but they are not treated like they are most important.

Hope that helps.

Thanks.
