Human is considered as the most important resource for development because as we can see in every criteria of making a product, commodity or service ; there should be labours which are basically human. Entrepreneur who is the risk taker is also a human. The skilled ones are also humans.
So, we can conclude that for every step that has to be taken as for the existence of can say making a product is fulfilled by human power which is also a necessary factor.
