Yes hydrogen bonds are weak

As we know that hydrogen atoms are non polar atoms so mostly the bonds which they form will be obviously weak more over the formed by them can be easily formed and broke down

hydogen bond are strong than vanderwall  force but weaker than covalent and ionic

as hydrogen bond are formed by N, O ,F and they are highly electonegative so bond length increases and bond strength decreases
