because the clothes with the clothes cotton which Weavers need to make clothes is of very high rate and they can't purchase it in a low price so they have to pay high priced and that's why they are always in debt and moreover the iron smelters have to have no have not right to go into the forest and take the iron ore from the forest so they also are in debt the can go into the forest if they will pay for it
