the main objective of an industry is to earn a profit. They will not earn anything from the sustainability of the environment around them.

Answer:

The industries are not interested in the sustainability of a particular forest because the industries are more concerned about their immediate raw material supply and profit.

Explanation:

The industries make finished products very quickly to supply the high demand that is arising, but this high demand cannot be met by the natural raw materials such as trees and forest products and hence the industries do not maintain a sustainability in the forest they exploit the resources to the maximum for timely management of the situation.
