Why are inter-caste marriages considered to be a taboo?

Marries do not only tie-up Male and Female but more it ties-up relationship between two different families, thats why it is very important to marry in smilar caste.

In india every caste have a different life style and culture, they want to continue till end and if a girl going to marry in different caste then she must follow their culture and this is a challenge for her.

when she marry different caste then she has to adjust with:

new Life style (clothes etc.)

new religious beleife (may be in some cases)

new family culture.

many others which may be subjective.

even though a girl marry in same caste then she has to leave her family, current life style and trying to adobt new family, this is already hard enough and if she takes one more task in this i.e. religious beliefs etc. then it will be hell for her.

although both the families must be ready for this relationship and family members should not be negative for this relationship to create a successful marriage.

in every marriage there are some compromises need to take by both male and female partners but this should not be one sided or partially high at one side intead both must share burden of this new relationship to go , but in case of intercaste it already been overburden to female to live like this. over the period both will suffer for this thats where relationship start breaking up.

so from the old time its been implemented that marries should be in similar caste so that life style and culture of living will not change and she will be easily adjust with her new family.

I prefer to have similar life style and culture of family to marry intead of totally opposite families.

After reading this many will say with example of theirs successful relationships etc. that its not happening to them but believe me in most of the cases it happens thats why indian people are against this and exception are always exist but fact can't be ignored.

In india culture, life style, religion etc. are so important as peoples will rather prefer to die intead of living without these all, their emotions attached to these thing and you should not mess with person’s emotional attachment, otherwise you know what gonna happens.

So please find those person as your life partner who can easily adjust in you family, thats all you need.
