*THE LOW - LYING LANDS ARE MAINLY URBAN AND HAVES THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENTS TO GROW CROPS

* IT HAVE GOOD CLIMATIC CONDITIONS THAN THE GILLY AREAS

* THE AVAILABILITY OF RAW MATERIALS .

*THE AVAILABILITY OF MINERALS

* SKILLED, SEMI-SKILLED LABOURS

The main reason of low lying area more fit for agricultural purpose is due to the increase in the periodic flooding that makes the soil richer in nature.

If we take hilly land then they suffer from erosion, the degree of rockiness, terrain and even the soil depth is not accurate. This results in the machine agriculture on the part.
