1. Lysosome are called suicide because for eg during the disturbance in cellular metabolism, when the cell gets damaged lysosome may burst and the enzymes may digest their own cell .
2. Mitochondria as powerhouse of cell because they have 2 membrane outer membrane is porus and inner memebrane is deeply folded .. as these folds generate ATP membrane for generating chemical reactions. They have there own DNA and ribosomes.

When a cell dies, the enzymes released by the lysosomes clears the cell debris and even it is able to break its own proteins by the process of autolysis and so known as the suicide bags. ... This is known as the power house of the cell which makes the energy currency of the cell.
