Lysosome is called suicidal bag because when a bacteria or virus enters a cell and start causing damage to the cell, lysosome release hydrolytic enzymes present in them due to which whole cell dies. it is better that a cell die than an organ . that is why they are called suicidal bags because they make cell commit a suicide
