the minerals are essential nutrients to our body. our body vant produce the minerals but we can get them by consuming minerals content foods like leafy vegetables etc . minerals contain calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, chloride, sodium.
it also builds our bones and teeth strong. not only these but also blood , skin,hair, nerve function,muscle function and other metabolic activities.it also helpful in turning the food into energy....
