Why are monkeys considered as the ansestor of humans?

It is not that particular monkey is considered as ancestors of humans, actually the apes were our ancestors. Because the characteristics , body functions, adaptation and DNA structures are very equal to that of man. Even the aves can donate their Blood to humans being s.....
