Humans can also give birth to triplets, twins etc
But they are occasionally given.
The animals who give birth to lots of babies at the one time many offsprings are not care about them. The offspring so are left for free to get food, free from danger and start life themselves.
But human babies take longer to develop. Humans take years to grow and to even walk on their own until they've been alive for at least a year.
The body of female human are made to bear only one or two children so, the humans give less birth while animals give more...
