Les composés du carbone forment des liaisons covalentes. Ils ne se dissocient pas en ions et n'ont pas de particules chargées (ions) pour transporter le courant électrique.

They are not able to conduct in the room temperature so, if you increase the temperature of the room, then the electrons will start acquiring energy and will start contributing to the conduction.
