Why are mutation rates higher in eukaryotes compared to prokaryoyes, even though the former have introns and prokaryotes don't?​

the enzymes have increased error rate cimpared to DNA replication enzymes of eukaryotes. this means that they are more incorporate as incorrect and thus cause mutation
