Heya mate!..
The national parks and wildlife sanctuaries are been established in order to protect the flora and fauna that is plants and animals of a region where cutting of plants and poaching, hunting or any other mal practice of animals is prohibited ....
These are often been made for the purpose of preserving the habitats of the organisms to prevent them from being extinct..
These tend to save the ecosystems and also are present inside biosphere reserves..
There are many wildlife sanctuaries and national parks like..
Bandipur national park..
Kaziranga national park..etc
Hope this helps..
