it is simply because of the residual content in food
fertilizer is a term which is generally used for any synthetic compound which is used to increase the productivity of any soil
so from food this fertilizers go into our body and cause the adverse health effect and that is why natural fertilizers they are commonly known as manure , compost are preferred over the chemical ones
