Why are negative catalysts generally poisonous for human body ?

I don't know understand what you mean negative catalyst but I think you mean catalytic poison. Catalytic poisons inhibit the metabolism of the cell like cyanide binds to the cytochrome in ETS and affect the cell. It does not mean that all catalytic poison are poisonous for us human, even we exploit them to make medicines.
