‼️ HEY MATE ‼️

⏬⏬⏬⏬

The way the cornea and lens focus light works on the assumption that the eye is a certain shape so that the distance from the lens to the retina is a certain length. When these shapes are off, it causes refractive errors like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism...✔️

prachiketu007: then why dont we have eyeballs in square shape or other shape
AishaSingh2245: um
AishaSingh2245: good question
AishaSingh2245: eyes were round because this was the best shape for rapid and accurate eye movements. It is mechanically easy to rotate a round eye in a round socket to aim it at any direction.
AishaSingh2245: ok
