physical changes have atoms molecules and energy so by some loss it's conservative at all

Physical changes are considered as reversible changes because :

a. In this change only physical properties of the substance get
changed.

b. In this change change if conditions get revered then the change of state will also get reversed.

Hence, physical changes are considered as reversible changes (generally).
