Plant and animal specimens are usually stained with dyes before observing them through a microscope so that the stain can provide more visibility to the part we are trying to see.

e.g. Acetocarmine is used to stain DNA

Safrainine is used to stain cell wall.

HOPE IT HELPS.

Answer:

Animal specimens can't be observed thoroughly and in-depth normally. Hence, to aid the same, we stain the specimen. For eg, a cell can be viewed without a stain but with a stain we can observe the cell's organelles.

Stain name: - Methylene blue stains are applied on animal cells to make nuclei visible.
