the plants and animals belong to lant and animal kingdoms respectively so thei characteristics will be different and a plant cell has chloroplasts with chlorophyll in it required for photosynthesis which an animal does not have as it does not carry out that process and animal cells have centrosomes which a plant cell does not have the animal cell does not have a rigid structure due to absence of cell wall which is present in plant cell and gives the plant cell rigidity
