Why are plant and not humans known as producers even though we have farms??

By calling plants as producers we mean that they manufacture the biomolecules required by an organism for normal body functioning and growth by using CO2 ,H2O in presence of sunlight and chlorophyll which humans can't do, we can only plant a seed and look after it by giving nutrition,water and sunlight so that it grows into a plant  but we can't manufacture proteins,vitamins,minerals, carbohydrates by ourselves.
