why are plant cell are more regid than animal cell​

plant cell is more rigid than animal cell because of presence of cell wall in plants but it is absent in animal cells....

Answer:

Plant cell has cell wall as their outermost covering while animal cell doesn't have it. Cell was is rigid in nature because it is made of cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin, while cell membrane i.e. the outermost covering of animal cell is less rigid than this.
