Why are plants considered as autotrophs when they also need sunlight,water and other nutrients from environment( they do not make up those nutrients) ?

PLANTS are considered as AUTOTROPHS because they make their own food.
( although they take essential nutrients from environment but they synthesis their own food so they are called autotrophs)
