Political institutions are very important for regular running of a country's government's duties without a failure... taking a decision in a country involving political institutions means considering a lot of members . So, it takes a lot of time for a good decision to be taken . But , the good thing is that it makes it equally difficult to rush through a bad decision. That is why most of the democracies insist onsetting up political institutions.
