Political parties perform animportant task in government. They bring people together to achieve control of the government, develop policies favorable to their interests or the groups that support them, and organize and persuade voters to elect their candidates to office.
so they are necessary in democracy

Political parties is necessary in a democracy because In a democratic country , National Party run the government .but if the party work on only their own mind then the country cannot develop.So ., opposition party is essential .they oppose the bad work of the government....So.,Both Parties are essential.
