bcoz at high altitudes pressure is very less. so 4 the propr cooking of food pressure cookers are used to provide adequate pressure.

in hilly regions pressure is less.So to cook food there becomes difficult.That is why we cook food in pressure cookers.To maintain pressure.Mainly it is used by hill climbers

In hilly regions, the pressure is low. In a pressure cooker, the superincumbent pressure is high and as a result, boiling point of liquids increases. The food items are thus properly cooked there. So, pressure cookers are used.
