Since primary sources comes from records of the people who where  actually there during that particular time of the history which is under study ,they provide as the following benefits

A more clear understanding of the social economic and political scenario of that particular time.
and give us much details of major events ,so an in depth analysis will be possible about  it.

since these sources comes from the people who was involved and experienced that part of history ,it is of great value for the present generation and act as a pretty much like a near accurate source .
