Pulses are leguminious plants which contain nitrogen fixing bacteria like RHIZOBIUM which convert atmospheric nitrogen into ammonia . This ammonia is being used by plant in the form of protein.pulses are alternated with other crop to full fill the demand of protein of other plant.
