As almost all pulse crops are leguminous, they help in restoring soil fertility by fixing nitrogen from the air. Hence they're grown in rotation with other crops. ‼‼‼‼

Pulses are grown in rotation with other crops as they are leguminous plants and helps in fixing Nitrogen in the air and converts atmospheric nitrogen to help the soil take it's nutrients
