Hi,
=======:
Here is your answer,
=======:
The reasons behind it are as follows :
1. Earth’s rotational velocity is maximum at the equator (on earth, centripetal force is maximum at the equator).
2. When a spacecraft is launched into orbit, it should end up spinning around the Earth quickly enough not to be pulled back in by the Earth's gravity.
3. The huge rockets used in launching a spaceship help this to happen by giving a huge amount of thrust, enough to achieve escape velocity.

HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND MY WORDS, a request is here please as I am an ACE ranker I wish that to make my way easy for the GENIUS rank you should mark my answer brainlest if you wish then only ☺.

Two reason
1st- 1st and 2nd stage drop in to the ocean (minimal chance of injury or property damage)

2 Because the earth rotates in an easterly direction takes much less energy to ``hural" something into orbit then would if u lunched in a westerly path.

i hope this correct.. ansr
