why are saturated fatty acids harmful for health and unsaturated fatty acids healthy??

HERE IZ UR ANSWER.
Fats are of two types:-
1. Saturated
2.Unsaturated
Saturated are the ones which have only single bond bw two carbons. ex - ghee.
Unsaturated r d ones which have either double or triple bond between carbons.
ex - oils
Unsaturated are considered healthy bcoz they have double bonds which makes them easier to breakdown without any problem and due to dis it doesn't get deposited anywhere.
but
Saturated fats are of only single bond and cannot further breakdown due to which its hard to digest it and it gets accumulated bw the heart channels which can block heart and cause serious damage like Heart attacks and failures.
Unsaturated fatty acids are also of two types:-
1. PUFA (Poly unsaturated fatty acid)
2. MUFA ( Mono unsaturated fatty acids)
PUFA has more than two double bonds.
MUFA has only single double bond.
Bw these two PUFA is more healthier, the reason being the same as for unsaturated and saturated.
Bw Ghee and oil, it is more beneficial to consume oil.
After all dis you must be sure what to eat and what to not.
